I Can Meditate
I can relax and let go of stress
I can quiet my mind and feel peaceful within.
I can concentrate and hold my focus.
I can enter my Temple Within
And experience there my Authentic Self:
Pure Spirit, Pure Light, Pure Joy.
I can have insights and bright revelations
I can receive my rightful gifts
Of expanded awareness, peace and bliss.
I can feel refreshed and renewed.
Everything I need is within me now.
Meditation comes naturally to me.
I practice it daily, with clarity and ease.
