Meditation Affirmations

      Do you see yourself as someone who cannot meditate? Perhaps you think you would feel foolish meditating, or you don't see yourself as the meditation "type." Or maybe you believe (perhaps because of what other people have told you) that you can't relax, can't stick with anything, or can't succeed.
      In truth, meditation isn't difficult, there is no meditative "type," and there is no reason why you cannot meditate. Offered below are some affirmations to help you dissolve any self-doubts and false identificationsyou may have, so that you can begin to enjoy all the spiritual, mental and physical benefits of meditation.

I Can Meditate

I can relax and let go of stress
I can quiet my mind and feel peaceful within.
I can concentrate and hold my focus.

I can enter my Temple Within
And experience there my Authentic Self:
Pure Spirit, Pure Light, Pure Joy.

I can have insights and bright revelations
I can receive my rightful gifts
Of expanded awareness, peace and bliss.
